This AU story takes place during part 1 of the season 7 finale, and diverges when Barry and Iris are talking to their kids about staying out of the fight with Godspeed. The show states that as of this episode, Bart is a freshman in college. So for the purposes of this story, that makes him an adult, not like his comic book counterpart.
